We
are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner to
work with psychiatric patients conducting, physicals, well checks and
med / management (mix of in-patient and outpatient) for an
in-patient
psychiatric unit. The unit is comprised as Geriatric In-Patient
Services (55+); Adult Inpatient Services (18+) Crisis Observation Unit,
Intensive Outpatient Program (18+) and a new substance abuse inpatient
and outpatient unit. The Provider would be working with a strong
support team including a collaborating psychiatrist, long-term nursing
staff, intake coordinator, community education liaison, marketing
outreach coordinator, social worker, licensed chemical dependence
coordinator for the IOP and Gero Units. The Provider would provide care
(including medication management) to older adults in health which would
include dementia, Alzheimer's disease, depression, substance abuse and
other mental health ailments. The Provider would be well compensated
for this position which would include a generous base salary starting
at $115,000-$130,000 (Depending Upon Experience) with loan repayment
subsidy for student loans, $5,000 signing bonus and $5,000 relocation

About the
Position:
•
FNP or PA will provide 70% walk in/urgent care services to all ages in
a rural health clinic / RHC. About 30% primary care, this % can grow if
the provider wants.
•
Mon-Fri, 8a-430p. FNP or PA will treat roughly 15-18 patients a
day.
No On-call. Every 4TH Saturday-8a-12p. Every 3rd week there
will be 1
evening-4:30p – 6:00p.
•
Group has a multi-disciplinary healthcare system including Emergency
Care/ER, OR / Operating room, family practice and much more
•
MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ARNP / FNP-BC, Family
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA-C will always have 3 MDs
on site for support. Although Saturdays there will be no MDs on
site.
Requirement:
•
Strong tie to the area/reason to stay with the group long term in this
small town
Compensation:
•
Salary is $90-109,000 year. Plus RVUs $2-15,000/yr
•
$4,000/yr to go towards CME’s, dues and licensure.
•
Health, dental, retirement, life insurance, malpractice all paid.
Employee pays just 25% of health insurance premium for whole
family.
401k match 4%
•
5 weeks PTO in 1st year. All DEA and State licensure paid for!

located in the seacoast region of New Hampshire.
The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 6am to 4pm and Saturday 9am- 2pm.
Qualified candidates should be comfortable treating a variety of health
conditions, providing prevention and wellness services, including
vaccines and camp and sport physicals. The work schedule is 12 hour
shifts 3 days per week and covering one Saturday per month. We offer a
