 New Mexico Family Practice
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice in southern New Mexico. Three specialists physicians currently on board. Will consider an Experienced or New Graduate provider (with previous meaningful medical experience). Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. No weekends or call. Anticipated patient volume will be 20-25 patients/day. Salary will be $75-85k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including no cost health insurance, 6 weeks vacation (including 1 wk CME with expense allowance). Full relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 3 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $25k (1st year), $35k (2nd year), and $35k (3rd year). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is over $145k. In essence you are working for 3 years and getting paid for 5! Growing area with developing industry and many recreational opportunities.
