We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice setting in Southern Wisconsin (Janesville) urban setting. Will consider an Experienced Provider or a strong New Graduate (autonomous practice). Schedule will be M-F, 8a-5p. No call or weekends. You will rotate between two clinics about 10 miles apart. Patient volume will average 20-25/day (broad spectrum). Salary will be $75-85k+ with a comprehensive benefit package. 3 weeks vacation and 1 week CME with $3k expense allowance. New Hampshire Family Practice - w/Loan Repayment
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Family Practice clinic in New Hampshire. We will consider an Experienced or New Graduate provider (if new graduate, must have previous RN, EMT, or Paramedic experience). No on-site physician supervision but off-site is available as needed. Schedule is M-F 8a-5p. No weekends or call. Anticipated patient volume will be 15-20/day to start. Salary will be $70-85k (D.O.E.) with a comprehensive benefit package (includes an excellent health insurance program and very little cost). 3 weeks vacation and 1 week CME with expense allowance. $10k sign-on/relocation allowance. This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 3 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $25k (1st year), $35k (2nd year), and $35k (3rd year). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is over $145k. In essence you are working for 3 years and getting paid for 5! Added bonus: This is one of the very few states that has both NO SALES TAXES and NO STATE INCOME TAXES. This will in effect add another $3-5k to your annual salary. New Hampshire is an absolutely beautiful place with forests and semi mountainous terrain. Also, no state taxes makes your dollar go further. This location has fantastic natural beauty, good schools, unlimited outdoor recreational possibilities, wonderful people, and affordable housing.
