a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (30hrs/wk) for our new

This position allows you to work in a patient-centric environment utilizing

will have an excellent knowledge base to perform acute episodic care including
examinations, assessments, treatments and appropriate referrals.
Job Requirements:
• ACLS and BTLS certification, CPR/AED.
• A current active PA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational, ER, Wellness or Primary care experience.
• Experience in Occupational Health is preferred.
• Flexible, self-motivated individuals who are dedicated to quality
patient care and customer satisfaction, think out of the box, have excellent
communication skills, work effectively in a team environment, and project
a positive image is required.

Candidates will be responsible for urgent/acute care, in-house emergencies,
as well as disease management and wellness education for the employees.
Candidates will perform exams for fitness for duty, RTW, medical surveillance,
case management and occupational and non-occupational health treatment
for illnesses and injuries. Being a wellness champion is a must.
Requirements will include 3-5 yrs. experience in a primary care or occupational
health setting, valid NY state licensure, and current CPR certification.
