We are seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice clinic in Salem, Oregon. Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. Other providers on site. Anticipated patient volume is 18/day to start. Schedule will be M-F, 8:30a-5:30p. This position will last approximately three months beginning October 2008.
Candidates will be responsible for medical surveillance exams, episodic illness and injury treatment, in-house emergencies, as well as disease management and wellness education in an occupational health setting for the employees. This position is daytime hours, Monday – Thursday from 7 am to 5:30 pm. No weekends or holidays!
