We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for
a Rural Health Clinic in western Wisconsin. Will only consider an experienced
provider. One other provider on site. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 4:30p.
Occasional weekend work. Anticipated patient volume will be 20/day. Salary
will be $75 – 90k base with additional incentives (10% of billable charges).
Total compensation should be up to $110k+ for an experienced provider plus
a comprehensive benefit package including 5 wks vacation, malpractice,
health insurance, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance
and a separate sign-on bonus. Western Wisconsin is know for its natural

The facility is located in a growing area 90 minutes Northeast of Raleigh
with outstanding outdoor recreation and entertainment. Public
and private schools. Provide Emergency care in a busy acute care hospital
with an annual emergency volume of 40,000.
Daily patient load in ER is approximately 100 – 120 covering two primary
areas: Minimal Treatment (85%) and Main ER (15%). Expected
number of patients seen by the PA/NP on a daily basis is 20-25. You
will see Peds, Geri, Adolescent and Adult patients. Department includes
X-Ray and lab, CT, Ultra scan and MRI. Willing to work Rotating Shifts
with some flexibility, Willing to work 2 weekends per month if necessary,
rotating holidays with some flexibility.
What You Need to Have: PA or NP 2 – 5 years experience. Must have
experience in either: A busy Family Practice OR in an Urgent Care
Facility OR in Emergency Medicine. Ability to work in a team environment
and pitch in where needed. Ability to work flexible shift schedule with
some weekends BCLS, ACLS, PALS preferred.
Compensation: A competitive hourly rate (DOE) and generous benefits
package are provided. You are guaranteed sixteen, nine-hour shifts
per month (144 hrs.).
