We provide comprehensive, long term care for patients with conditions
causing chronic, intractable pain. Our staff provides medication
management, physical modalities, including disc decompression and massage
therapy, and advanced interventional procedures, including spinal cord
stimulation and intrathecal infusion. The practice enjoys an excellent

We are seeking an NP/PA with pain management or physical medicine experience.
Responsibilities include medication management, referrals for multidisciplinary
modalities, including massage, physical modalities, and referrals for interventional
procedures. There is also the possibility of doing trigger point
and joint injections.

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established Community
based clinic treating a predominately indigent population. The ideal
candidate would have one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, but

The patient mix consists of 65% adult and geriatrics and 35% of pediatric
and adolescent patients with multiple and often chronic disorders.

The ideal candidate would have one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant, but they would consider a new or recent graduate
with a strong RN or EMT background. The candidates must hold a CA
license. Bilingual Candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to
