We are seeking a Physician Assistant or
Family
Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient clinic in rural Nebraska. Experienced
providers only. 2 other providers on site. Schedule will be M-F, 7a – 6p
(however you only work 4 days a week). 1 in 4 weekends (1/2 day). Occasional
evening ER call. Must have EM experience but position is mostly rural health.
Anticipated patient volumes is 20 – 25/day. Compensation will be $70-85k
base with incentives that put total compensation to 115K+. Comprehensive
benefit plan including 25 days PTO (5 weeks) increasing to 30 days PTO
after first year, malpractice, health insurance (no cost), retirement and
paid CME. Generous relocation allowance and separate sign-on bonus.
Additionally, this site qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score. The cash value of this benefit is $50k (requires
2 year commitment). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Western
Montana
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a
well respected family practice physician in practice. The clinic
hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm with no weekends and call of 1:4 during
the week. This is a newly created position given the growth of the
physician's practice and has a heavy female patient base. The estimated
patient volume the PA or NP will see would be 25 per day and the physician
will be on-site at all times during clinic hours. The NP or PA will
be responsible for ER coverage as well (1 weekend per month) and have physician
support via back-up call only. Therefore the provider must feel confident
in handling emergent situations independently. Salary

Louisiana act as an extension of the physician, working side by side with
