ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER

Internal Medicine

Nevada
is seeking candidates for two
full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner positions. These are
administrative
faculty positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for
the
implementation and continuation of a care plan determined by the
treating
physician for patients receiving treatment for chronic
subspecialty/medical
conditions. Additionally, these positions provide access to urgent
patient care
needs and expands access to relevant subspecialties (Endocrinology,
Diabetes,
and General Internal Medicine) and medical care. Major responsibilities
include
patient care; education and counseling; program development; and
clinical trials
assistance. These individuals report to the relevant physicians and
his/her
collaborating physician(s).
Requirements: Advanced
Practitioner of Nursing Degree from a
regionally accredited institution and four years' experience in primary
care;
additional experience working in subspecialty is desirable. Licensed in
the
State of Nevada as
an Advanced Practitioner of
Nursing or ability to be licensed as Advanced Practitioner of Nursing
in the
State of Nevada
prior to employment start date. Candidates must be eligible for an
unrestricted
Nevada Nursing license, malpractice insurance, and must be able to be
successfully credentialed by Northern
Nevada
teaching hospitals. Preferred qualifications: Advanced training in
diabetes,
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification or a strong desire to

of the development of a diabetes center would be considered
advantageous.

The new Nurse Practitioner will assist in running an Occupational
Medicine and Workers Compensation Clinic. The position is approximately
90% musculoskeletal care. The new NP will: . Handle on the job injuries
(wound care, muscular skeletal problems, etc.) This position is Monday
thru Friday. The group would prefer a NP, but will also consider a PA.
Salary range for a new graduate is $90k to $100k, plus a bonus.

– Pain Management – New Grads
We
are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse
Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or ACNP) for a Pain
Management practice in southern Georgia.
Will consider an experienced provider or strong new graduate. Physician
on site and very willing to train. Evaluate, treat and follow-up with
patents. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 4p. Anticipated patient
volume will be 15 – 25 ppd. EMR. Lab and x-ray on site.
Salary will be $80-100k+ with a
