Psychiatry – Loan Repayment
We are
seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Family or
Adult) for a Psychiatric position in east Texas. Will consider an
experienced provider only. No new graduates. Other providers on site.
This is an inpatient position with an adult/geriatric population.
Duties include rounding, med management, admits, discharges. Schedule
will be M-F, 8a – 5p. Call will be 1 in 4 weekends. Census
generally
runs between 20 – 30 in these units. Salary will be
$100-125k+ with a
comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice,
health insurance, dental/vision/disability/life, retirement, and 1 wk
paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus.
Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment
Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The
cash value of this benefit is $60k. These are non-taxable dollars so
the real value (in taxable dollars and interest saved) is $80k+. In
essence you are working for 2 years and getting paid for 3!!! This

compliment of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Patients. The high acuity
ICU would desire someone with LVAD/RVADS and ECMO experience and heart
