are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ACNP) or Physician Assistant
for an ENT practice in Wisconsin. Will consider experienced providers
only (any significant ENT experience considered). No new graduates.
Practice consists of two physician providers. Your responsibility will
be mostly clinical but will also consist of pre and post op
follow-ups/rounding, consults, and allergy clinic. Schedule will be
M-F, 8a – 5p with 1 in 3 call (phone). Anticipated patient volume will
be 15 – 20 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $90-130k and an annual performance
bonus worth up to $10k for a total salary up to $140k with a
comprehensive benefit package including 23 days PTO, malpractice,
health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid
CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus. This location is

interested in working with a well established otolaryngologist in a
private practice setting. The Provider would be working with a variety

In-Patient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Greater Birmingham, Alabama
(New or Recent Graduates with Psych RN Background Encouraged to Apply) Psychiatric
Nurse Practitioner (Psych Mental Health NP preferred, but would
consider a Nurse Practitioner with Psych background as an RN) needed
for Hospital (In-patient) Med/ Management and Therapy. Standard hours
are Fri-Mon--4X10 hour shifts. Some call responsibilities required for
this position. The Hospital has two units one for Adults and one for
Geriatrics. Top three DRGs are depression, schizophrenia/psychosis,
and personality disorders. Estimated patient volume would be 25 per
day. There are several Psychiatrists on staff which will provide
excellent collaborative support and oversight. Salary range of
$85-$100K+ Depending Upon Experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for
a one year commitment. Full benefits package including medical,
dental, vision and 401K. PTO accrues at 16 days per year initially and
12 days per year sick leave. Paid CME time off and CME allowance of
$2,500. Malpractice is 1/3MM per occurrence paid at 100% as well as
