Emergency Room Nurse Manager wanted for Houston’s busiest E.R..
High level of acuity. Level 1 trauma patients.
Excellent not-for-profit, community-owned healthcare system.
Shared responsibility with the day Manager.
Salary up to $110,000, but will be commensurate with experience and professional development.
Hours are optional and flexible for afternoons and evenings which make commuting easy from anywhere in Houston.
This position is responsible for managing and supervising department staff of the ER. provide leadership and participating in the marketing, planning, program development, and community outreach functions; ensuring positive physician/staff relations; and for acting as interim or relief department director as necessary.
