Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead a health center, to improve and maintain the

• Understand and improve the overall health and wellbeing of SEL.
• Provide education to employees through written material and
presentations. • Identify, measure and improve area processes.Qualifications:
• Licensed as an (ARNP) Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in good
standing with the State of Washington. • At least five years of
clinical experience as a health care provider in a primary care, urgent
care or emergency department setting. • Current CPR, BLS (Basic Life
Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
certification.• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation
skills. • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work cooperatively in team environment.
• Background check and drug screening results satisfactory to SEL.

regarding administration of health care policy and procedure of the
delivery of on-site health services. The NP promotes optimum health,

problems in the on-site setting. Essential Functions: •
Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within
prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician Orders, interprets,
and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’

Provides written home-going instructions • Collaborates with Physician
and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care

Surgery position in Pennsylvania. Will consider experienced providers
only. No new graduates. Other providers on site (small group). Must
have Endoscopic Vein Harvesting experience! Duties consist of EVH, OR,
CCU, Clinic, and Call. Schedule will be M-F, 7a – 4p. Call is 1 in 2.
However call is mostly beeper call with very little call back.
Anticipated patient volume will be 4 – 12 ppd and 5 surgical cases per
