-
Innovations, in collaboration with a physician, provides for the
expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing
and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Supervise other NPs
within program;
Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation,
interview and examination; Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic
studies; Performs preventative health assessments, screening,
immunizations and patient care; Provides direct treatment and
management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral
to other healthcare providers or community resources; Counsels and
educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative
health, treatment options and community resources; documents
delivery
of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific
specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
Education &
Experience: 5+
years healthcare experience required. Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
required. Licenses & Certifications: Florida Department of
Health
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) licensure required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider required.

Occupational
Medicine Nurse Practitioner—(FNP, ANP, ACNP) –Birmingham, Alabama
Due to the growth of
the service,
we are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work in
an Occupational Health Center in the greater Birmingham area. The
Clinic hours are Mon-Fri (7:00am-4:30pm) with no weekends or call
responsibility. There is an excellent collaborating Physician and
seasoned Nurse Practitioner working in the clinic for collaborative
support. The Provider would be responsible for performing DOT
physicals, working up H&Ps, preventive health screenings, triage
and treat acute non-emergent injuries and post follow-up care for
workers compensation injuries and illnesses. The Provider
would also
administer return to work examinations and provide professional case
management. The base salary range is $80,000-$85,000+ (Depending
Upon
Experience) with a $5,000 Signing bonus and $5,000 Relocation
package.

care clinic in Cypress, TX. The Provider would work 10 hour
shifts
during the week (Monday / Tuesday) and 8:00am -8:00pm Saturdays and
10:00am-6:00pm on Sundays (every other weekend). The Provider
would be
working opposite the other NP in a rotating shift schedule, so the
Provider would also work Wed/ Thursday the opposite week and the other

Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for a predominantly Adult / Geriatric
Internal Medicine Clinic in the Portland area. The ideal

would have 2-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with chronic
disease management and is willing to provide home health coverage on a
part-time basis. The clinic schedule is Mon-Thurs working 4X10 hour
shifts and every 5th Saturday (Half Day 9:00am-12:00pm) with EMR and

Adult Nurse Practitioner and the estimated patient volume would run 25
patients per day. The base salary range is $100,000-$110,000K+

dedicated full-time nurse practitioner to provide care for patients
with chronic hepatitis C. This is an outpatient position that includes
patient education, treatment management and oversight, and provides the
opportunity to participate in cutting-edge clinical research for
emerging hepatitis C therapies.
The ideal candidate has a master’s degree from an NLNAC or CCNE
accredited program, has a North Carolina license, maintains a full and
current certification as an NP from the ANA, and has at least one year
experience as a nurse practitioner. Experience with hepatitis C is
highly desired but not required.
Asheville Gastroenterology Associates is a single specialty
gastroenterology medical group of 17 physicians, 7 Physician Assistants

Rural Health Clinic
(FQHC) /
Emergency Room and Hospitalist Coverage – Family Nurse Practitioner–
Western, Oklahoma- NHSC Loan Repayment Site (HRSA / HPSA Rating of
20)—Recent Graduates with strong ER / EMT Background Considered!
We are seeking a Family
Nurse
Practitioner to work in a Rural Health Clinic (FQHC) with ER Coverage
for a critical access hospital in western Oklahoma. The Provider
would
be working in a clinic setting 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri) while covering
in the ER and function as a hosptialst when there is a pateint
admission as well. The FNP would be called away from the clinic
for
any ER patient encounter / admission, but the ER is low volume with
annual patient encouters of 3,000 per year. The Provider would
also
trade call with the physician one weekend per month in the ER.
The
Physician would be on-site in the clinic, but may not be available
onsite (but would be avaiable via back-up call) in the Emergency
Department, so the FNP would be the first responder. Most
patients are
stabalized and shipped to Oklahoma City via Helicopter. The base
compensation starts at $55 per hour+ (depending upon experience) with a
full benefits plan including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
As a
recrutier, I cannot guarantee loan repayment as it is a Federally
funded program, however, due to the high HPSA/ HRSA rating of a 20, the
likelyhood is quite high. The NHSC would provide $30,000 per year
of
service (minimum of a two year commitment required) for any federally
qualifed student loans. This is a great opportunity for an
