Tenens to Permanent Hire)
We are seeking a Nurse
Practitioner
or Physician Assistant to join an Urgent Care/ Express care clinic in
Southeast, Texas. The Provider would be work with routine,
chronic and
acute (non emergent) patients as well as patients with work related
injuries and conduct DOT physicals and health / wellness
appraisals.
The Provider can anticipate an estimated patient volume of 25 patients
per day in the clinic with excellent collaborative support and
physician oversight. The hours are 8:00am-8:00pm (12 hour shifts)
3 on
4 off and 4 on 3 off with occasional weekends. The clinic has
On-site,
lab, X-Ray and EMR as well as a stable support staff. The
base salary
would start at $65 per hour (Depending Upon Experience) plus a
comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, 401K,
Malpractice Coverage, CME Allowance, and Paid Time off for CME.
All
dues fees and licensure paid for as well. This position can be
structured as a locum tenens or direct hire, depending upon the
candidates needs. The assignment would run 13 weeks to 26
weeks.
