outpatient Psychiatric practice in northern Indiana. Will consider

Anticipated patient volume will be 12 – 15 ppd. Duties will be evals,
med management, and therapy. High autonomy once established. Potential
for inpatient work if desired. EMR. Salary will be $90 – 110k+ with a

team of Family Practice Doctors seek a fulltime Family Nurse
Practitioner. The position will consist of five days working
for a
Family Practice Clinic and a total of 40 to 44 hours per
week. Patient
base will include adult and some ped’s. The group has their
own full
Diagnostic Center and just upgraded their EMR system.
The new NP
will:
1)
Obtain medical history and physical data on patients.
2)
Determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
3)
Perform physical exams.
4)
Order lab and diagnostic procedures and determine diagnosis and
therapeutic plans.
5)
Administer injections, immunizations and suture wounds, and prepare
written prescriptions.
6)
Instruct and advise patients regarding medications and treatments.
7)
Refer to appropriate specialists.
Successful
candidate should be certified/eligible. The location is in
Southern
New Hampshire. The area provides great quality of life,
outdoor
recreational activities and easy access to the Boston area.
The group

state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Center, Pain Management Center and a

thru Thursday). There is also a Chiropractor on
staff. This group is
a high volume practice that handles muscular skeletal injuries.
Responsibilities
include:

Office/Clinic – new patient evaluations and follow-up
•
There is no call

Pain management/occupational medicine (muscular skeletal
evaluations)
•
Injections (trigger point)
•
Eventually will run a clinic
•
Post-operative H&P’s
•
Writing scripts
•
Patient education
•
Evaluate X-ray and MRI
•
Work week is 40 hours
Successful
candidate should be certified. The group will train a new
graduate!
The location is 90+ minutes East of Dallas. The new NP must
have
excellent interpersonal skills and have a great work ethic.
The
