Must possess and maintain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification (NRP).
Must possess a minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a
Neonatal

ICUs and experience in both the newborn nursery and delivery room
setting within the last 2 years. Must have successfully completed at

knowledge as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Must possess a
Master’s,
Post-Master’s or Doctorate degree from an advanced practice nursing
program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting

(CCNE). Must possess and maintain current certification as a
Nurse
Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Responsibilities:
Provide
comprehensive medical assessment, examination, consultation, diagnosis,
and treatment plan for neonates, under the direction of a staff
Pediatrician.
Perform
procedures including sedation, endothracheal intubation, routine
phlebotomy, arterial phlebotomy, percutaneous central venous line
placement, umbilical line placement, lumbar puncture, suprapubic
bladder taps, bladder catherization, needle thoracentesis, chest tube
placement, circumcision as deemed appropriate under the supervision of
the staff Pediatrician.
Provide
medical management of neonates in the Nursery and Level II Nursery and
other areas to include neonatal resuscitation, conventional
ventilation, stabilize and maintain Level III care prior to transport,
prescription of medications (including controlled substances), to treat
neonatal medical disorders, under direction of a staff Pediatrician.
Provide
medical care to neonates awaiting transport to other facilities and
from other higher level of care NICUs, under direction of a staff
Pediatrician.
Provide
outpatient care for routine well baby appointments, NICU follow-up
appointments, and more.

clinic is comprised of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
with Physician collaborating support viable phone. The clinic hours are
a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends and
holidays and there will always be two providers scheduled at a time due
to the clinic volume. The Provider can anticipate an estimated patient
volume of 25+ patients per day in the clinic. The Provider would work
in a new clinic setting with EMR and a very stable and experienced
support staff and practice management team. The base salary would start
at $90,000 to $100,000+ with an RVU incentive bonus plan to compensate
for this high volume clinic. Additionally, the Provider would receive a

401K as well as a CME Allowance and paid time off. This location
qualifies for NHSC loan repayment which would provide $30,000 per year

a well-respected Urgent Care Clinic in Western Oklahoma. The schedule
would be configured as 4X10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) with no call
responsibilities. The clinic is comprised of one Family Practice
Physician and two Family Nurse Practitioners. The Provider would see an
estimated patient volume of 20 patients per day in a family practice
clinic setting and manage patients with routine, chronic and acute
illnesses and injuries. The Provider would have collaborative oversight
but would need to function fairly autonomously. The Provider would have
a base salary of $95,000-$100,000 base salary with a WRVU incentive
bonus of $10,000. The Provider would also receive a comprehensive
