Baystate Medical Center's Cardiology Midlevel Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular midlevel network in our Coumadin Clinic. The candidate must have exceptional patient care skills and able to independently practice and manage complex patient population in a fast-paced environment as well as be knowledgeable about current evidenced based practice.
Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner licensure required. Cardiovascular nursing or primary care background a must. Responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care including, but not limited to, conducting physical assessments, ordering appropriate tests and managing care plans.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a rural health clinic in northern Michigan. 4 other providers on site. Will consider a new graduate but prefer an experienced provider. Schedule will be M-F, 8a - 5p but could work longer days (4-10's). May have other schedule flexibility as well. Anticipated patient volume will be 20-25/day. Can expect about ½ of those to be walk-in. This is a large clinic with 27 treatment rooms. Compensation will be $77-104k. Would consider additional incentives for an experienced provider ($5-10k est.) - which should put the package over $100k for someone seasoned. Comprehensive benefit package including 6.5 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance (BCBS), retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally: This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k (requires 2 year commitment). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is $65k+. In essence you are working for 2 years and almost getting paid for 3!!!
