I am a Nurse Practitioner pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice
(DNP) at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo,
Utah. I am currently conducting an investigation to complete my clinical
capstone project. I invite you to participate in my investigation to describe
the level of Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) knowledge regarding the use
of trigger point injections in primary care management of myofascial pain
before and after participation in an online teaching intervention.
Your participation in this investigation will involve completing an
online pre-test survey posted on SurveyMonkey (approximately 15 minutes)
and then proceeding through the online teaching program (approximately
30 minutes), after which you will be automatically connected back to complete
an online post-test survey (approximately 15 minutes). You will also be
invited in the same manner that you received this invitation to participate
in a six-week follow-up survey that will take an additional 15 minutes.
All data will be aggregated and reported as group data. You are assured
complete confidentiality since you are asked NOT to enter your name anywhere
within each survey. Your participation is voluntary and will in no way
jeopardize your role as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Moreover, the benefit
to your participation will be to learn more about the use of trigger point
injections for primary care management of myofascial pain. Your informed
consent will be assumed by your decision to continue through the online
testing.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to function
as a Hospitalist for a well respected Hospital in Northern Oklahoma.
The provider will be working 12 hour shifts (nights) and managing admissions
(only) to the hospital. The shifts are currently configured at 3/4
and 4/3 respectively . There is a Hospitalist on-site for support and the
ave. admission per night runs between 2 to 4 patients depending upon the
census in the ED. The provider will transition patient management
to the Internal Medicine Physician Group for follow-up care.
Base Salary Starts at $85,000 with a sign-on bonus of $10,000, full benefits
package including medical, dental, 401K and relocation package. In
2010 an incentive bonus plan will be implemented as an additional incentive.

and progressive Pediatric Group Practice in West Texas. The clinic

A Family, Adult, or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner is needed
for a permanent Twin Cities, Minnesota based Neurosurgical group.
This opportunity is located in the heart of the Metropolitan area in the
home of the Twins which also hosts fine Riverside dinning and energetic

independent group known as the leaders in the Specialty Care for patients

Call every fifth weekend is required making this a 40 to 45 hour per week
