We
are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work locum tenens in a
Family Practice Clinic setting affiliated with a well respected
hospital system in East, Texas. The Provider would work in a family
practice setting but would also see urgent care patients with minor
injuries including simple lacerations, sprains, etc. The Providers
practice autonomously with a physician that provides oversight but is
not present in the clinic. The FNP would also see occupational medicine
patients and conduct DOT physicals for the various businesses, workers
comp (once certified), and family practice patients with acute
and
chronic illness. This clinic does not prescribe nor refill any
narcotics. The clinic hours of operation are 8:00am- 8:00pm
Monday
through Friday and 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday with an hour for lunch.
Currently the volume is averaging 25 patients per day. The
Providers

Orthopedic Surgical Nurse Practitioner (RNFA) or Surgical
Physician Assistant to join a well respected Orthopedic Surgical
Practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Orthopedic Surgeon prefers an
experienced provider but will consider an experienced provider or a
new/recent graduate with a strong surgical background or clinical
rotations. The Physician Assistant would work in both a clinic and
surgical setting (50% clinic work and 50% OR Surgical Assist). This is
primarily a general Orthopedic Practice with procedures ranging from
total knees, hips and joints. Clinic hours are Monday –Friday , 8:00am
– 5:00pm. The patient volume would run about 20 patients in the clinic
with a moderate surgical case load. Base Salary will start at
$95,000-$120,000+ (Depending Upon Experience), plus incentives
including a comprehensive benefit package including 3 weeks of
vacation, health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, $2,500 CME Allowance
and 1 week paid CME. $5,000 Signing Bonus and a $5,000 Relocation

Nurse Practitioner/ FNP/ANP/GNP OR PMHNP – Family, Adult,
Gerontology
or Psychiatric mental health NP will work independently but also in a
team setting in inpatient geriatric psych plus an outpatient clinic
setting. 80% of the position is in inpatient rounding (2 days per
week) or nursing home (6-8 homes) geri psych (ages 60 and over)
•
These rounds are both to see patients on a routine basis at the
nursing homes and also to develop relationships that lead to admissions
to the inpatient unit. The nursing home rounds are about 40% of
the
job and work on the unit (including call) is about 40%.
•
20% is outpatient clinic psych with the option to treat all ages
or
just adults or only geriatrics. NP will see on average 15
patients
per shift in the outpatient clinic. NP will do psych evaluations.
•
APRN (Advanced Practice RN)/ MSN / Adult, Family, Gerontology, or
Psychiatric Mental Health NP-BC, Nurse Practitioner/NP will work
Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p, no weekends, shared phone call only with MD.
Compensation:
•
Up to $133,000/ year : $100-113,000/year in salary PLUS up to
20,000
year in productivity. Plus student loan repayment is an option!
• 4-5
