Scope of Work: Serving as a

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in surgery with a
collaborative practice agreement responsible for providing expert

physician. Provider will see 70% geriatric patients and 30% Adults.
Hospital privileges are required so credentialing is estimated per the
