CCNE accredited MSN Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Responsibilities
may include teaching in other relevant areas which support the graduate
and undergraduate programs. Expectations of this position include
continued scholarship and service, as well as online and off-campus
teaching of courses.
Qualifications / Experiences:
Earned doctorate (Ph.D., D.Ed, Ed.D., DNSc, or DNP) required in Nursing
or other related field; ABD candidate will be considered with a 1 year
contingency contract. Master’s degree in specialty required
with current state and national certifications and minimum of 1 year
clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Eligibility for
Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licensure is required if current PA licenses
are not in hand. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
preferred. Finalist(s) for this position must communicate well and
successfully complete an interview process and teaching demonstration
as judged by the regular, full-time Nursing Faculty.
