practice is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician / Pprovider who
believes that excellent patient care is of the utmost importance. We
are seeking someone who has experience managing diabetic patients and
their medication schedules. This is an office practice position with no
on call or hospital rotations required. There are evening and weekend
requirements with this position
which are 1/2 mornings on Saturdays, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings
until 7 PM. Wednesdays and Sundays the clinic is closed so there would
be no work requirements on those days. There is also weekly travel
between the Marietta and Austell offices. If you have a personal passion
for assisting patients reach healthy weight goals then we are
interested in speaking with you. We prefer someone with at

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a Nephrology practice in

Nurse
Practitioner - Requirements
As
a Nurse Practitioner for Primary HomeCare, you must have effective
leadership skills, and demonstrate a willingness to pursue leadership
roles with increasing levels of accountability. You must also be able
to work flexible hours, possibly on holidays and weekends.
Additional
requirements of the Nurse Practitioner include:
• Current
licensure as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
•
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse
Practitioner training program
• CRNP in
Adult Health, Family or Gerontology from a certification body (ANCC,
AANP, ONCC, NBCHPN)
•
Minimum 45 completed hours of course work in advanced pharmacology w/
an additional 16 hours in continuing education in advanced pharmacology
per biennium
• Ability
to obtain CRNP prescriptive authority by the State Board of Nursing
• Valid
driver’s license and current CPR
• Ability
to transfer/accommodate 50-100 pounds and stand for extended periods of
time
• Prior
Home Health Nursing/house call experience, a plus
