We are seeking a FNP/CNM to be employed with a well respected critical
access hospital in Colorado. The Nurse Practitioner would provide
family practice and obstetrics healthcare services in collaboration
with the Physicians and other Providers. The Provider would see
approximately 20 patients per day in the clinic with hospital call of
1:8 and OB call of 1:3 traded with the other providers. The hospital
conducts 150 deliveries per year with about 50% of the market share n
the area, so there is a great opportunity to grow a community family
practice with OB. 24/7 staffed ER, Clinical Lab, X-Ray, Mammography,
Dexascan, and Nuclear Medicine. Excellent compensation range starting
at $100-$120K plus incentive bonus plan. Comprehensive
benefits package including Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, PTO
(Vacation / Sick Leave), CME, CME Allowance, Loan Repayment Eligible
Site through the NHSC which pays $30,000 per year of service. Sign-on

The Loewenberg School of Nursing invites applications for tenure-track
positions as assistant/associate professor in nursing with expertise in
the areas of adult health (med-surg); family nurse practitioner,
maternal child health or pediatrics beginning in the spring 2012
semester.
Successful tenure-track applicants will educate graduate and
undergraduate students; conduct active research and scholarly work to
generate knowledge that advances nursing and guides practice; provide
professional service to the Loewenberg School of Nursing, the
University of Memphis, and nursing communities.

Assistant/Associate Professor, Tenured/Tenure-Track
School of Nursing at George Mason University

The School of Nursing at George Mason University invites applicants for
a 9-month, tenured or tenure track assistant or associate professor
position for fall, 2012.
The successful applicant must have an established program of research,
with a history or strong likelihood of research funding. Particularly
desirable are research agendas that link with current initiatives in
chronic illness and disability, geriatrics, mental health, or
maternal/child health. Although prior experience in higher education is
not required, the successful candidate will have a record of
scholarship and evidence of teaching ability consistent with the
likelihood of receiving tenure at a research university. Salary is
commensurate with rank and experience and is highly competitive. Housed
in the College of Health and Human Services, the School of Nursing
enjoys multiple opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

- Participate in service and practice related to the area of
scholarship.
Qualifications:
- A doctorate in nursing (PhD, DNP or DNS) or a related field, MSN;
- A current RN license or eligibility for licensure to practice nursing
in Virginia; and
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
