In
search of a Nurse Practitioner with a high energy level and willingness
to learn and grow. Our physician assistants assist the physician in
both the office and hospital setting. Seeking someone with leadership
skills who is ultimately willing to work independently in a high volume
clinic seeing patients with with upper extremity orthopedic disease and
assisting in the operating room. This individual is also expected to
perform emergency room and floor consultations while on call. Five to
eight hand calls a month is typical. Nightly group call coverage is
divided equally among the five providers. One to two "after hours"
cases a month are to be expected.
Requirements
License/certification: Graduation from an accredited program in
the
US. Active Florida medical license/application
Experience: Prior experience as a nurse practitioner is preferred, not
required. Prior experience in hand surgery ideal.
