o Valid accreditation from the AANP or ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
o Valid Prescriptive Authority (per state practice requirements).
o Meet and maintain all legal requirements per state and national statutes to practice within state (for your market) as a family nurse practitioner.
o Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice as an FNP, preferably in acute setting, ER, Urgent Care, member of QA committee, Infection Control committee preferred.
• Member of national and local NP associations, organizations, and committees.
• Professional, friendly, a good listener.
• Demonstrates high level of confidence in decision making.
• Possess superior interpersonal skills in dealing with all colleagues of the organization.
• Required experience in Microsoft office suite as well as web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
