Kentucky Family Practice We are seeking an Family Nurse Practitioner two work in two family practice outpatient clinics in Western Kentucky (Paducah). Will consider an Experienced or New Graduate provider. The clinics are in close proximity to one another. Time will be divided evenly between each clinic. This is an autonomous practice with no on-site physician supervision. Schedule is M-F, 8:30a-5:30p. and one Saturday a month 9a-12 noon. Each clinic sees between 12-20 patients a day. Salary range is $70-80k with a comprehensive benefit package including 3 wks vacation and 1 wk CME (with expense allowance). PART TIME - 3 days per week The clinical duties for breast oncology patients include: evaluating and planing follow up care for women with breast cancer either currently or in the past. These patients may be on chemotherapy or other breast care therapies, as well as clinical trials. The NP assesses, diagnoses, prescribes therapies, and manages the patient's physiological and psychological response to screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survival with cancer.
