 New Hampshire Family Practice - w/Loan Repayment
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Family Practice clinic in New Hampshire. We will consider an Experienced or New Graduate provider (if new graduate, must have previous RN, EMT, or Paramedic experience). No on-site physician supervision but off-site is available as needed. Schedule is M-F 8a-5p. No weekends or call. Anticipated patient volume will be 15-20/day to start. Salary will be $70-85k (D.O.E.) with a comprehensive benefit package (includes an excellent health insurance program and very little cost). 3 weeks vacation and 1 week CME with expense allowance. $10k sign-on/relocation allowance. This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 3 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $25k (1st year), $35k (2nd year), and $35k (3rd year). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is over $145k. In essence you are working for 3 years and getting paid for 5! Added bonus: This is one of the very few states that has both NO SALES TAXES and NO STATE INCOME TAXES. This will in effect add another $3-5k to your annual salary. New Hampshire is an absolutely beautiful place with forests and semi mountainous terrain. Also, no state taxes makes your dollar go further. PART TIME - 3 days per week The clinical duties for breast oncology patients include: evaluating and planing follow up care for women with breast cancer either currently or in the past. These patients may be on chemotherapy or other breast care therapies, as well as clinical trials. The NP assesses, diagnoses, prescribes therapies, and manages the patient's physiological and psychological response to screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survival with cancer. The NP/breast and high risk prostate coordinates services, facilitates necessary appointments, provides counseling and coaching to women and men undergoing diagnostic studies and treatments. The NP/breast /prostate will be responsible for assuring the patients receive optimal and timely education, treatment and support.
