OnSite Health has openings for a nurse practitioner to work at a nurse practitioner run clinic at the worksite in the Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson area. The nurse practitioner provides advanced practice nursing care for employees, spouses and dependents in an industrial setting to include complete physical with appropriate diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care as established in written protocol. Specific duties include patient assessment, ordering and evaluating appropriate laboratory tests, prescribing medications, referrals to primary care providers or other specialist as needed. The nurse practitioner works closely with the employee's primary care provider in providing basic family practice health care to employees while they are at work. An emphasis is placed on the management of basic chronic health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia in an effort to reduce health care costs for the employer. The nurse practitioner may be involved in developing, implementing and evaluating individual health education and health promotion programs for employees, spouses and dependants at the worksite as well as for the community on occasion. Formal programs will be developed in collaboration with the OnSite Health director and within the limits of the client contract. This positions are for part time or full time employment. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice clinic in eastern Washington State. Will consider an Experienced provider or New Graduate. Schedule will be M-Th, 8a – 5p and ½ day on Friday for dictation/administrative work (basically a 4 day work week). Volume will be about 20/day. Physician on site (but not your employer). Compensation will be $80-90k and a $10k incentive bonus based on RVU's (potentially a $100k package) with 4+ wks vacation and 1 wk CME. 100% paid medical and dental insurance for both employee and family!!! $13k sign-on/relocation allowance! Also: This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 3 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $25k (1st year), $35k (2nd year), and $35k (3rd year). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is over $145k. In essence you are working for 3 years and getting paid for 4.5! Eastern Washington is a bit of a frontier environment.
